This Refund and Cancellation Policy (the "Policy") explains how refunds and cancellations work in connection with purchases of access to the Axioragroup platform (the "Platform"). It is intended to be read together with Axioragroup's Terms and Conditions, which govern the Customer's overall relationship with Axioragroup. Where this Policy and the Terms and Conditions address the same point, the more specific provisions of this Policy will apply to refund and cancellation matters.
This Policy applies to all Customers who purchase access to the Platform, whether an individual freelancer, a consultant, an agency, or another business entity, and covers purchases made directly through Axioragroup's website or checkout process using Stripe as the payment processor.
Access to the Platform is provided through a one-off purchase rather than a recurring subscription. Because there is no recurring billing to simply "cancel," the concepts of refund and cancellation in this Policy relate primarily to a Customer's right to request their money back within a defined window after purchase, rather than to stopping a future recurring charge.
Axioragroup offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases of access to the Platform. This gives Customers a defined window, starting from the date of purchase, to evaluate whether the Platform is a good fit for their business before their purchase becomes non-refundable.
The 14-day period referred to in this Policy is calculated from the date the purchase is completed and payment is successfully processed through Stripe, not from the date the Customer first logs in or begins actively using the Platform. Customers are encouraged to begin using the Platform promptly after purchase so that they have a fair opportunity to evaluate it within the guarantee window.
The guarantee covers the purchase price paid for the specific package purchased. It does not automatically extend to any separate, optional add-ons, custom services, or third-party charges that may be purchased alongside the core package, unless those items are expressly stated to be covered by the guarantee at the time of purchase.
The 14-day guarantee applies once per distinct purchase. Where a Customer makes multiple separate purchases over time, for example purchasing an additional package or upgrading later, each purchase carries its own independent 14-day window measured from its own purchase date.
To request a refund under the 14-day money-back guarantee, the Customer should contact Axioragroup using the contact details published on the Platform or associated website, clearly stating that a refund is being requested and providing the order or purchase reference associated with the transaction.
To help process a refund request efficiently, Customers should be prepared to provide: (a) the email address or account used to make the purchase; (b) the approximate date of purchase; (c) the package purchased; and (d) if convenient, a receipt or confirmation reference from Stripe or Axioragroup. Providing this information up front helps avoid delays caused by having to request it separately.
While Customers are not required to provide an extensive explanation, briefly describing the reason for the refund request, for example that the Platform did not meet a specific business need, is optional but helpful, and may assist Axioragroup in improving the Platform and its package descriptions over time.
Axioragroup will make reasonable efforts to acknowledge a refund request within a reasonable period after it is received, and to confirm whether the request has been approved, requires further information, or has been declined, along with the reasons for any decline.
Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window described in Section 2 has expired will generally not be eligible for a refund under this Policy, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law or is approved by Axioragroup at its discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as a significant, unresolved technical fault attributable to the Platform.
To be eligible for a refund under the money-back guarantee, a purchase must generally: (a) have been made within the preceding 14 days; (b) relate to a package that has not been substantially or excessively used in a manner inconsistent with a genuine evaluation of the Platform; and (c) not otherwise fall within one of the exclusions described in this Section 4.
Axioragroup may decline a refund request, or reduce the refunded amount, where there is clear evidence of excessive or abusive use of the Platform inconsistent with a genuine evaluation, such as extensive data migration and extraction combined with a refund request, or patterns suggesting the Platform was used to complete a specific piece of work before requesting money back.
Any separately identified add-on services, custom configuration work, or third-party fees (such as payment processing fees already incurred) may be excluded from a refund, or refunded only in part, to the extent they reflect costs already incurred by Axioragroup or a third party in fulfilling the Customer's specific request.
Axioragroup may apply closer scrutiny to refund requests from a Customer who has previously purchased and refunded access to the Platform on more than one occasion, and may decline further refund requests where a clear pattern of repeated purchase-and-refund behaviour is identified, acting reasonably and in good faith in making that assessment.
Where a purchase is found to have been made fraudulently or without proper authorisation, Axioragroup will handle the matter in accordance with applicable law and its own fraud prevention processes, which may include refunding, reversing, or otherwise addressing the transaction outside of the standard refund process described in this Policy.
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase, processed through Stripe. Axioragroup does not typically offer refunds by alternative methods (such as bank transfer to a different account) except where the original payment method is no longer available and an alternative arrangement is agreed.
Once a refund is approved, Axioragroup will submit the refund to Stripe for processing within a reasonable period of time. The time it then takes for the refunded amount to appear back on the Customer's statement depends on the Customer's own bank or card issuer, and can typically take several business days, and in some cases longer, after the refund is submitted.
Refunds are issued in the same currency in which the original purchase was made. Where a Customer's card or bank account operates in a different currency, any difference in the refunded amount due to currency conversion or exchange rate fluctuation between the time of purchase and the time of refund is outside Axioragroup's control and is not compensated by Axioragroup.
Axioragroup will make reasonable efforts to notify the Customer once a refund has been approved and submitted for processing, so that the Customer is aware the request has been actioned and can anticipate the funds appearing on their statement in due course.
Where a refund is issued, the Customer's access to the Platform under the refunded purchase will generally be suspended or terminated, since the purchase that granted that access has been reversed.
Following a refund and the resulting loss of access, Customer Data associated with the account may be retained for a limited period in accordance with Axioragroup's data retention practices, after which it may be deleted. Customers who wish to keep a copy of their Customer Data should export or otherwise preserve it before requesting a refund, where practicable, since Axioragroup cannot guarantee retrieval of data after an account has been closed.
A Customer who has received a refund is generally free to make a new purchase of access to the Platform in the future, subject to the pricing, packages, and terms applicable at that later time, which may differ from those that applied to the original, refunded purchase.
Because access to the Platform is provided through a one-off purchase rather than a recurring subscription, there is no ongoing subscription charge that continues unless actively cancelled. A Customer who simply stops using the Platform will not be charged again in connection with that purchase.
A Customer who decides, within the 14-day window described in Section 2, that they no longer wish to continue using the Platform should follow the refund request process in Section 3 to request their money back, rather than simply ceasing to log in, since inactivity alone does not automatically trigger a refund.
A Customer who wishes to stop using the Platform after the 14-day window has passed may simply discontinue use of the account. Because the purchase was a one-off payment rather than a subscription, no further charges will be incurred, but the original purchase price will not ordinarily be refunded outside the guarantee window, except as described in Section 4.5 or as required by applicable law.
Where Axioragroup separately offers optional add-on services that do involve a recurring charge, distinct from the core one-off Platform purchase, cancellation of that specific recurring add-on will be handled according to the terms disclosed for that add-on at the time of purchase, which may differ from the one-off purchase terms described in this Policy.
Where Axioragroup suspends or terminates a Customer's access to the Platform due to a breach of the Terms and Conditions, such as prohibited use of the Platform, this Policy's refund provisions do not automatically apply, and any refund in these circumstances is at Axioragroup's discretion, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
In the event that Axioragroup discontinues the Platform, or a specific package, in a way that materially affects a Customer's ability to use functionality they have already paid for within an active, ongoing usage period, Axioragroup will consider an appropriate remedy on a case-by-case basis, which may include a partial or full refund reflecting the unused portion of the Customer's package, taking into account the nature of the one-off purchase model.
Customers who believe they are entitled to a refund are encouraged to contact Axioragroup directly and follow the process described in Section 3, rather than initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or card issuer, since direct requests can usually be resolved more quickly and with less disruption to the Customer's account.
Where a Customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute through their bank or card issuer instead of, or in addition to, requesting a refund directly, Axioragroup may suspend the Customer's access to the Platform while the chargeback is investigated, and reserves the right to respond to the chargeback with evidence of the Customer's use of the Platform and the terms governing the purchase.
Axioragroup will cooperate reasonably with the Customer's payment provider in resolving any chargeback or payment dispute, and will restore access to the Platform where a chargeback is withdrawn or resolved in a manner that confirms the original purchase should stand.
Where a Customer experiences a significant technical fault that is attributable to the Platform itself, materially prevents them from using the core functionality of their purchased package, and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, Axioragroup will consider a refund or other appropriate remedy outside the standard 14-day window, evaluated on the specific facts of the situation.
Where a Customer can demonstrate that they were charged more than once for the same package due to a technical error, such as a duplicate transaction caused by a checkout issue, Axioragroup will refund the duplicate charge promptly upon verification, regardless of whether the 14-day window has passed.
Where a Customer contacts Axioragroup promptly after purchasing the wrong package by genuine mistake, for example selecting a package that does not match their intended business needs, Axioragroup will, where reasonably possible, assist the Customer in moving to the correct package rather than requiring a full refund and separate re-purchase, subject to any price difference between the packages.
This Policy is intended to operate in addition to, and not instead of, any statutory right to a refund, replacement, repair, or other remedy that a Customer may have under applicable consumer protection law in their country or region. Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any such statutory right.
Where applicable consumer protection law provides a Customer with rights that are more generous than those described in this Policy, for example a longer cooling-off period for online purchases, or different requirements around digital content and services, those statutory rights will take precedence and Axioragroup will honour them accordingly.
In some jurisdictions, consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content or services within a defined cooling-off period, which may be reduced or waived once the consumer has expressly consented to the service beginning and has acknowledged that this waives their withdrawal right. Where applicable, Axioragroup will present any such consent clearly at the point of purchase rather than relying on this Policy alone to establish that consent.
Axioragroup may update this Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the Platform's packages, payment processing arrangements, or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated in the same manner as changes to the Terms and Conditions.
Unless required otherwise by applicable law, the version of this Policy in effect at the time a Customer makes a purchase will govern the refund and cancellation terms applicable to that specific purchase, even if the Policy is later updated.
Questions about this Policy, or requests relating to a refund or cancellation, should be directed to Axioragroup using the contact details published on the Platform or associated website — see our contact page or email joshichhatraraj55@gmail.com. Providing the purchase reference and account email address when reaching out will help Axioragroup respond to the request as quickly as possible.
This Policy should be read alongside Axioragroup's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which together set out the full set of terms applicable to a Customer's purchase and use of the Platform.
A Customer purchases a package on the 1st of the month, uses the Platform for a few days to set up their contacts and one active project, and decides on the 10th of the month that it does not suit how their business operates. Because this is within the 14-day window and there is no indication of excessive or abusive use, the Customer's refund request would ordinarily be approved, and the amount refunded to the original payment method through Stripe.
A Customer purchases a package and continues using it for two months before deciding the Platform is not the right fit and requesting a refund. Because the request falls well outside the 14-day window, and there is no separate technical fault or duplicate charge involved, this request would not ordinarily be eligible for a refund under this Policy, absent a right to a refund under applicable consumer protection law.
A Customer attempts to complete a purchase, experiences a page error during checkout, and retries the purchase, resulting in two successful charges for the same package. Once this is confirmed, Axioragroup would refund the duplicate charge promptly, regardless of how much time has passed since the error occurred, since this falls under Section 10.2 rather than the standard 14-day guarantee.
A Customer purchases a package, imports a very large volume of client and project data, uses the Platform intensively to complete a specific piece of client work, and then requests a refund immediately afterwards, within the 14-day window. Depending on the specific facts, this pattern of use may be assessed under Section 4.2 as inconsistent with a genuine evaluation of the Platform, and Axioragroup may decline the refund or discuss the situation further with the Customer before making a decision.
A Customer purchases a package, but a persistent technical fault prevents them from creating projects or issuing invoices for an extended period, despite reporting the issue to Axioragroup. If the fault is confirmed as attributable to the Platform and remains unresolved after a reasonable period, this would generally fall under Section 10.1, and Axioragroup would consider a refund or other appropriate remedy even if the standard 14-day window has passed.
Because the 14-day window runs from the date of purchase rather than the date of first use, Customers are encouraged to begin setting up their account, entering initial contacts or projects, and exploring the core features soon after purchasing, so that any concerns about suitability can be identified and raised well within the guarantee window.
Many concerns that might otherwise lead to a refund request, such as uncertainty about how a particular feature works or whether a package includes a specific capability, can often be resolved quickly by contacting Axioragroup directly. Customers are encouraged to raise questions or issues as they arise rather than waiting until the end of the 14-day window to decide whether to request a refund.
Since a refund will generally result in the loss of access to the Platform, Customers who have already entered meaningful business information, such as client records or project details, should consider exporting or otherwise preserving that information before submitting a refund request, to avoid losing work product they may still want to keep.
Retaining a copy of the purchase confirmation or receipt, whether from Axioragroup or Stripe, can help speed up the refund request process, since it allows Axioragroup to quickly locate and verify the transaction in question without needing to go back and forth for additional identifying details.
The 14-day money-back guarantee is intended to give genuine prospective users a fair opportunity to assess whether the Platform meets their business's needs. It is not intended to function as an indefinite free-trial mechanism through repeated cycles of purchasing, using, and refunding, and Axioragroup reserves the right to identify and address patterns of use that are inconsistent with this underlying purpose, as described in Section 4.
Axioragroup approaches refund requests in good faith and aims to make fair, consistent decisions based on the facts of each situation. In turn, Customers are expected to submit refund requests honestly and to use the Platform, during the evaluation window, in a manner consistent with genuinely assessing its suitability for their business.
Where a Customer disagrees with a decision made under this Policy, they may request that the decision be reviewed by escalating the matter through Axioragroup's contact channels, providing any additional context or information that may be relevant. Axioragroup will consider such escalations in good faith, without prejudice to the Customer's separate statutory rights described in Section 11.
No specific reason is required to request a refund within the 14-day money-back guarantee period, provided the purchase and its use are consistent with the eligibility criteria set out in Section 4. Customers are welcome to explain why they are requesting a refund, but are not obliged to do so in detail.
Refunds under the standard 14-day guarantee are generally issued for the full purchase price of the package, rather than calculated based on which specific features were or were not used, since the guarantee is intended to cover a straightforward evaluation period rather than a feature-by-feature assessment.
Once a refund is processed and access to the Platform ends, Customer Data associated with the account, including client records, project details, and invoices, may be retained for a limited period in line with Axioragroup's data retention practices and then deleted, so Customers should export anything they wish to keep before requesting a refund.
A single refund request handled in good faith will not generally prevent a Customer from making a new purchase in the future. However, as described in Section 4.4, a clear pattern of repeated purchase-and-refund behaviour may lead Axioragroup to apply closer scrutiny to, or decline, future refund requests.
Because purchases are typically processed immediately at checkout through Stripe, there is usually no separate window between placing an order and payment being taken. Once a purchase has been completed, a Customer wishing to cancel should follow the refund request process described in Section 3, subject to the eligibility criteria in this Policy.
If a Customer believes they were charged in an incorrect currency due to a technical error, they should contact Axioragroup promptly with details of the transaction so the matter can be investigated. Where an error is confirmed, Axioragroup will work with the Customer and Stripe to correct the charge or issue an appropriate refund.
Where access to the Platform is purchased through an authorised reseller or partner rather than directly from Axioragroup, refund and cancellation terms may be governed by the reseller's own policies in addition to, or instead of, this Policy, and Customers in that situation should also check the terms provided by the reseller at the time of purchase.
If a reasonable period has passed without a response to a submitted refund request, Customers should follow up using the same contact channel used for the original request, referencing the date it was submitted, so that Axioragroup can locate and prioritise the outstanding request.
Refund and cancellation rights for digital services can vary significantly between countries and regions. While this Policy sets out Axioragroup's standard approach, Customers located in jurisdictions with additional statutory protections, such as mandatory cooling-off periods for online purchases or specific disclosure requirements before a right of withdrawal can be waived, will continue to benefit from those protections in accordance with Section 11.
Customers purchasing from outside the currency in which Axioragroup's prices are primarily listed should be aware that their card issuer or bank may apply its own currency conversion and any associated fees both when the original purchase is made and when a refund is issued, and that these amounts are outside Axioragroup's control.
Where this Policy is made available in more than one language, the version published in Axioragroup's primary operating language will govern in the event of any inconsistency between translations, unless applicable local law requires otherwise.
Axioragroup keeps a record of refund requests, including the date submitted, the outcome, and the reasons for any decision to decline a request, in order to ensure that decisions are made consistently and to support any later review or escalation of a decision.
Information about refund requests may be used by Axioragroup, in aggregate and in a manner consistent with its privacy policy, to identify patterns that could indicate a need to update package descriptions, improve onboarding materials, or address recurring sources of Customer dissatisfaction with the Platform.
